Today was a great day. Gentry felt really well and was even up walking by early evening. It was so good to see him out of bed. He was pretty bored with mom and dad today, we just aren't enough fun. He had a great appetite and we played every game we have over and over. He also enjoyed the visitors he had today. Dad did a great job changing the dressing over his central line, I was the assistant. We are really hoping he continues to feel good for the next few days. Our next round of chemo will be on Tuesday. Dr. Rosen told us today that after that we will have chemo once a week after we get home. The treatments will be at his office, so we won't have to come back to the hospital every time. Jerry slept really well last night since he managed to convince the nurses in PICU to send up the recliner he liked while we were down there. He is such a smooth talker. Keep up the messages we love reading them and of course keep praying.

Dear Karen, Jerry,and Gentry-
My heart is aching for all of you. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers everyday. I think about Gentry several times a day and wonder how he is doing and how Mom and Dad are holding up. You let us know if there is anything we can do to help out, anything you need. Hope to hear of another great day tomorrow.

Em called me tonight and told me about Gentry, and I just want you and Jerry to know that you two and Gentry are in my prayers. Keep your heads up and stay strong for the little man, it will all get better before you know it! I will pass on the word for everyone to keep your family in their thoughts and prayers. Give Gentry a hug for me! Love you all!

I am glad to hear Gentry is doing well. You all are in my thoughts. If there is anything that Dan or I can do? Let us know. Sleeping in a hospital chair doesn't sound good for the back. Do you need anymore games for Gentry? It sounds like you have played them all, a couple of times. Have a good day and we'll be thinking of you
